Buy a village
Anything is possible: why have a house or farm buildings when you can have the entire village?
Along with all other real estate, you can get ownership papers of a village too. If you would like to own and name a village in Istria you need to set aside 590.000 Euro. Located near Hum, in central Istria, the village consists of five houses which due to the passing of time are in need of repair.
The houses are on a plot of land 11,500 m2 in size, and the overall surface are of the facilities is 1,500 m2 on two floors. The land area is nearly 4 Ha, and the surface area of the additional building land plot is 2,700 m2. From the 1 st of February the village was modernised and setup for basic functions without which contemporary life would be unimaginable: electricity and water, and asphalted road. Of particular interest and possible motivation for the purchase of this extraordinary land is the fact that in this region of Croatia, olives and grapevines grow very well.
Therefore this is ideal for a business related to olive oil or wines in a pleasant climate where in summer it is about 30 degrees and in winter about 5 degrees.
